Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it as we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping options available?

We offer tracked shipping with La Poste for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days after the delivery date. The items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
