Her Empress Jewels is a jewelry business owned and operated by Juliette Cihangir. – Customization Options: Customers can select from a variety of options for metal and stone colors, shapes, and other design features. Any limitations will be communicated during the design proposal.
– Communication method: All communications, including design discussions, approvals, and updates, will be conducted via email. This ensures a clear and documented trail of all interactions.
2. Design and Approval Process
– Initial Consultation: The client fills out the custom orders form at “https://www.herempressjewels.com/customs“. The customer provides their desired jewelry type, vision, preferences, deadline, and budget.
– Design Proposal: Her Empress Jewels will create digital renderings based on the client’s requests. These designs will be presented to the customer for review.
– Revisions and Final Approval: Customers can request as many revisions as desired. The design is finalized once paid for in full; no further changes can be made without incurring additional costs. Her Empress Jewels will provide photographs of the final result before shipping.
3. Quotations and Pricing
– Cost Estimates: An initial quote will be provided based on the agreed design. This quote will include costs for shipping, materials, labor, and any anticipated design revisions.
– Quotation Validity: The quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which it may be subject to change.
4. Payment Terms
– No Work Without Payment: The actual creation of the jewelry will not commence until the full payment has been received.
– Order payment: Her Empress Jewels will create an order on their online shop “https://www.herempressjewels.com” with the value of the custom design, and a payment link for that order will be sent to the customer. The customer does not require an account registered at “https://www.herempressjewels.com” to pay for the order.
– Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via accepted methods specified during the payment process.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellation Terms: Custom orders can be canceled before the design has been finalized and approved.
– Non-Refundable: Once a custom order has been paid for and work has commenced, it is non-refundable except in the case of damage during transit.
6. Production Time and Delivery
– Estimated Time Frames: Production times vary based on design complexity and material availability. Typical time frames range from 2-3 days.
– Delays: Customers will be notified of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues or design modifications.
– Shipping and Delivery: Finished pieces will be shipped using “La Poste” with tracking. Her Empress Jewels is responsible for the item until delivery confirmation.
7. Customer Responsibilities
– Accurate Specifications: Customers must provide accurate measurements and any other required specifications.
– Timely Approvals: Customers are responsible for timely review and approval of design stages to avoid delays.
8. Repairs
– Repair Services: Customers can return the piece for repairs or modifications needed to ensure it fulfills its function. Her Empress Jewels will cover the shipping costs for these returns.

9. Liability and Indemnification
– Limited Liability: Her Empress Jewels is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the custom jewelry. Liability is limited to repair or replacement.
– Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify Her Empress Jewels against any claims arising from the misuse of the jewelry or violations of these terms.

– Design Ownership: Her Empress Jewels retains ownership of the designs provided.

– Confidentiality: Design details and customer information are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with customer consent.
12. Dispute Resolution
– Negotiation: Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation between the customer and Her Empress Jewels.
– Jurisdiction: The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
13. Alterations and Adjustments
– Post-Delivery Adjustments: Customers can request resizing or minor alterations after delivery.
– Cost and Timeframe: The customer will be informed of the costs and expected turnaround time for any post-delivery adjustments.
14. Acceptance of Terms

– Updates to Terms: Her Empress Jewels reserves the right to update these terms. Customers will be notified of any changes that affect their order.
